Custom commerce stack for the supplement brand I co-founded. Three parts: a Next.js storefront on the Shopify Storefront API, a Claude assistant that knows the product science and catalog, and a creator dashboard for affiliates.

We wanted more than a stock template. The site had to educate customers on ingredients, run an affiliate creator program, and let us iterate on the conversion path without booking a designer or developer for every change.

Headless Next.js frontend on top of the Shopify Storefront API. The chat assistant uses the Claude API with a curated product knowledge layer covering amino acid science, the 3K timed-release system, pricing, and shipping, and can route intent into cart or checkout. The creator dashboard is a separate surface with a level system, webhook integrations, and its own assistant for social copy.
